When your body doesn't get enough sleep each night, you become even more listless and have less energy. Still, if someone suffers from anxiety they can get a lot of sleep each night and still feel fatigued the next day. The fact is, worrying puts a lot of strain on your body and nervous system, which can cause fatigue. When you find that you are tired all the time, go to your physician or health clinic for a check up. If no physical or medical reason is discovered, you can pretty much assume that you have an anxiety disorder. To the extent you can learn how to relax and stop the worry scenarios from repeating over and over in your mind, your energy should start to come back.

If you suffer from anxiety, more than likely you have experienced some of the physical components such as stomach pain. These types of painful feelings in your abdominal area may have a different origin so always check with your physician. You can also experience diarrhea and frequent urination due to your feelings of anxiety. Such physical symptoms are one reason why anxiety should always be taken seriously, as it can have a harmful effect on the body as well as your emotional state.
