You then need to decide how you would prefer to behave. Think about behaviour that will make a serious difference. Behaviour that would enable you to be a really exceptional performer. It's the difference between you running a mile in eight or nine minutes and a really fit athlete running a mile in under four minutes. That is the difference that makes a serious difference.

So , once you have made up your mind where you want to enhance your performance you then have to decide what you really look like and feel like whenyou are performing in that way.

When you know exactly what you are aiming to achieve find a person who does what you need to do to a truly excellent standard and study what they do. In modeling their behaviour do not make too much of a studied effort. Rather depend on your senses to just soak up the behaviour of your chosen model.

As you start to copy good behaviour you will continuously notice changes to the way that you behave. Find a person who knew you before you made such changes and ask them whether they have spotted any difference in you and, if this is so what those differences are. This is known as feedback. It is invaluable because it will tell you if you are going in the right direction.
