Neuro Linguistic Programming, commonly known as NLP, goes a long way to describe what it means.

Depending on behaviorist principles from the co-founders John Mill and Rich Bandler in 1976, Neuro-linguistic programming was based on diverse fields including central nervous system, linguistics, hypnotherapy, education and also artificial brains.
